Creating Acer eRecovery Discs is not hard to do and you can create Recovery Discs any time you want as long as your eRocovery Program and PC/Laptop running properly. Below are are the details information how to create your own recovery discs.
The first things you need to prepare is CD or DVD blank , mostly it requires 2 DVD or more depend on your unit. If you are using Acer Netbook, then you have to prepare external DVD drive. Follow the step by step instruction below.

For Notebook and Netbook, ensure that AC Adapter is plugged into the unit because it takes 30 minutes or more approximately.

Click Start and then All Programs.

Find Acer and then choose Acer eRecovery Management.

The program prompted to enter or create a password and you can use that password to use eRecovery in the future.

In the next procedure, select Backup.

Insert your blank CD or DVD.

Their is three option to choose, if you desire for factory default only. Then, click on Create Factory Default Disc and then click Start.
