If you forgot your Password or try to rename it but accidentally changed not your desire password and you can’t access you account because you set your account as Administrator . The different solution are below.
Solutions:
Remove your password with others Administrator Account

You can change or remove your password using others Administrator account by simply login to other administrator account. And after you log to other Administrator Account Click Start – Control Panel – Account Users – Your Administrator Account desire to remove or change password – Remove Password.
Remove your password with others Administrator Accounts using Safe Mode

Restart your PC and Press " F5" continuously while booting up until load to "Safe Mode " Windows option and Log using Administrator account and follow the same procedure I gave to you above.

This instruction also work if you only use one Administrator Account. Take Note: This instruction for one Administrator Account is applicable only if you didn’t set any password to your Administrator password while setting up your Windows System ( Windows XP PRO, Windows XP Home).
Remove your password using Operating System CD

Insert your Original Windows XP CD into your optical drive and let boot up our PC. In few seconds this message appear " press any key to boot from CD" , then hit any key to continue the setup.

On the second command option you need to press again another key to continue load. Press "F8" to accept the License agreement.

After accepting the License agreement, this time you need to either setup again the windows or repair the Windows. Press "R" to repair.

After a few minutes of setup and start copying files your computer will reboot ( don’t interrupt while booting up ).

The last action you need to apply. While in the process of "Installing Device progress bar", press "SHIFT+F10" to open the command line console. Type " NUSRMGR.CPL " and hit enter.

As you can see, you can now access User Accounts. You can now begin to remove or change your password and after the repair procedure you can use your new Account password.
