In fact, I saw in their banner that they owned more or less 100 branches and take note Microvalley is also part of Octagon , they are both under Proton Microsystem Inc. Their is also a news that they opened another branch in Australia.

OCTAGON only sell high quality products. OTHERS use low quality products in order to have a cheaper price.

OCTAGON always sell genuine products. OTHERS sell fake branded mouse or mixed of fake ink cartridges.

OCTAGON sell only original and brand new items. OTHERS sell refurbish and second hand items like hard drives, CD drives & monitors.

OCTAGON products are dependable. OTHERS sell underrated products like power supplies and keyboards.

My Opinion : Octagon provides quality products ,but not all of their products. Octagon owned friendly employees , it depend. Octagon employees are very approachable when you purchase big items, specially if you buy PC, Laptop or bigger price items, Why ? because they earn incentives more than in their salary. But when you ask for assistant like warranty covering and item replacement, you’re not properly dress and you’re student, Not all them are friendly.
